Indie Head Massage Practitioner Class
Indie Head Massage has roots in Ayurveda. The massage technique used focus' on the upper back, arms, neck, scalp and face; these are muscles many of us fail to recognize as needing some TLC. The focus of the massage also enhances spiritual healing by incorporating the meridian and pressure points of the spiritual and emotional bodies with the physical release of tension.
Traditionally this massage is done seated and over clothing, Danielle teaches this both seated (if you prefer) and laying down. By modifying the technique for a laying position, it enhances the bodies ability to relax, bringing a more balanced harmony to all levels of self.
