Step into the gentle embrace of spring with Root & Bloom, a 5-week yoga series designed to harmonize movement, mindfulness, and seasonal magick. Inspired by the philosophies of enchanted living and slow living, this journey invites you to move with intention, attune to nature’s rhythms, and weave simple yet powerful rituals into your daily life.

Each week unfolds with a seasonal theme, guiding you to awaken your senses, ground into ritual, flow with change, express your inner bloom, and step forward with radiant energy. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sacred rituals, you’ll cultivate presence, ease, and a deeper connection to yourself and the natural world.


What to Expect:
Slow, intentional yoga blending fluid movement with deep stillness
Nature-inspired themes to align with spring’s unfolding energy
Magical rituals such as tea meditations, affirmations, and seasonal altar practices
Breathwork & visualization to embody renewal, flow, and lightness

What’s Included:
5 weekly yoga classes in-person
Weekly digital theme guide with mini rituals, affirmations, and journal prompts
Personal aromatherapy inhaler to deepen your practice and enhance the senses

Stirring the Leaves: Tea, Women & Wisdom

Throughout history, women have gathered over tea to share stories, pass down wisdom, and shape the world in quiet and powerful ways. This workshop honours the mystical art of tea leaf reading (Tasseomancy), explores its deep historical connection to women’s intuition and enterprise, and invites you to experience the magic for yourself.

Together, we’ll journey through time to uncover how tea and divination served not just as ritual, but as resistance, community-building, and visioning. You'll learn the metaphysical correspondences of various teas, their energetic uses, and then get hands-on with your own cup, reading the leaves and listening for the messages they hold for your path ahead. 


No prior experience necessary just bring your curiosity, your favourite tea cup and saucer (or use one of ours), and a willingness to explore your inner wisdom.

By integrating breath, alignment, and functional training, each session is designed to build physical power while honoring the body's natural flow. This unique combination empowers you to move with intention, cultivate strength, and enhance overall well-being.
