This class is beginner friendly. Join us for yoga online.
A slow mindful Yoga that invites space to land in the body and movements.
We will begin class with a landing practice to mindfully move through practice and the rest of our week. The sequence is a slow gentle yoga with spaces of pause to integrate the shape and what it means to us in the moment. We will end with an intention setting meditation as part of Savasana.

Yoga Nidra encourages a deep sense of relaxation, supports embodiment work, helps to cultivate wellbeing and deepen our relationship with intentions .
This relaxational technique is similar to guided meditation and helps guide you to a deep sense of rest and rejuvenation.
